TOIMITUSEHDOT
Posti- ja toimituskulut Suomessa ovat 5.90€ ja yli 50€ tilaukset toimitamme postikuluitta.
Käsittelemme tilaukset 1-5 työpäivän kuluessa ja lähetämme tuotteet lähimpään postin toimipaikkaan tai suoraan kotiisi riippuen paketin koosta. Lähetys voidaan toimittaa myös haluamaasi Postin pakettiautomaattiin. Ilmoita tällöin "Viesti myyjälle" -kentässä pakettiautomaatin osoite. Pakettien kuljetuksessa menee yleensä noin 3-7 työpäivää. Mikäli tilauksesi toimituksessa on viivettä olemme sinuun yhteydessä.

All orders are processed within 1-5 business days. Items are shipped with Posti and takes usually 3-7 days to arrive. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you.
PALAUTUSOIKEUS
Toivomme, että asiakkaamme tekevät harkittuja ostopäätöksiä ja voisimme välttää turhat palautukset. Kaikilla tuotteilla on 14 vrk:n vaihto- ja palautusoikeus. Palautettavan tuotteen tulee olla käyttämätön ja hyvin pakattu. Palautuksesta tai vaihdosta tulee aina ilmoittaa etukäteen sähköpostilla (anne@woolberg.store), jolloin saat tarkemmat ohjeet palautusta varten. Palautus- ja vaihtokulut maksaa asiakas jos tuote on virheetön.
We hope you enjoy your Woolberg purchase. However, if you are not satisfied, you may return it for a full refund or exchange it for another color. If you wish to return your purchase, email us at anne@woolberg.store within 14 days after receiving your order. We reserve the right not to accept returned items after 14 days unless there is noticeable flaw in the product. We refund or exchange only unused products. Shipping cost is paid by the customer unless there's a manufacturing defect in the product.
